Am vergangenen Freitag, dem 8. September 2023, fand die Vernissage der Kunstausstellung „RÄUME | Nachhaltigkeit und Frieden“ in der Rochuskapelle Landshut statt.
The exhibition features works by two artists, Ehab Aziz (Egypt – Germany) and Cora de Lang (Argentina – Spain – Germany – and beyond).
The opening reception commenced at 7:15 PM and was inaugurated by Ms. Annelies Huber, the Managing Director of the International House. Following this, the artists recited poems on the themes of sustainability and peace in their native languages, Arabic and Spanish.
The exhibition garnered significant attention, creating a relaxed atmosphere. Guests had ample time to contemplate the artworks at their leisure and engage in inspiring conversations with the artists.
Die Werke der beiden Künstler sind äußerst vielfältig und reichen von digitalen Porträts über Videokunst und Mixed-Media bis hin zu 2D-Skulpturen und Fotografie-Collagen. Besonders beeindruckend war die Videoinstallation „Nachhaltigkeit und Frieden“, die im Innenhof der Rochuskapelle bewundert werden konnte.
The opening reception was a resounding success and lasted until 11:00 PM. Our guests had the opportunity to experience art in all its facets and engage in meaningful conversations with the artists.
